These terms govern your use of the NOMOR AI Marketing website and any services we provide. By engaging our services you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
We provide digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, web development, social media marketing, video editing and content creation. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for your engagement are defined in your proposal or service agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to accounts, brand assets and approvals needed to deliver the work, and to ensure any material you supply does not infringe third-party rights.
3. Payments
Fees are set out in your proposal. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance; project work may require a deposit. Late payments may pause work. Third-party costs (ad spend, tools, plugins) are billed separately unless agreed otherwise.
4. Ownership
You own your platform accounts, your data, and all final creative deliverables once paid for. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
5. Results
We commit to professional, diligent work and transparent reporting. Marketing outcomes depend on factors beyond any agency's control, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue figures.
6. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with 30 days' written notice. You pay for work completed up to the end date; we hand over all accounts, assets and documentation.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
