What we collect: almost nothing

No accounts and no analytics beacons of our own. Audit requests are processed in memory and cached for one hour to save compute, then discarded. Server logs contain only what the hosting platform records by default.

Audited URLs

URLs you submit are fetched, analyzed and never sold, shared or added to any list. Cached results live at most one hour and are keyed only so repeat visits are fast. Share links you copy contain only the audited address, anyone with the link can re-run the same public audit.

Your websites

The crawler is read-only and identifies itself as NomorSEO-Audit/1.0. It respects robots.txt and rate limits itself. Block it any time with a Disallow rule, the tool will tell its user the page couldn't be measured instead of guessing.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies of its own. The free tools run entirely in your browser and your input is not uploaded. Third-party advertising cookies, if ads are enabled, are described under Advertising below. Your browser may keep the last audit visible while the tab stays open, but nothing is written to persistent storage by us. The hosting platform's basic operational logs are outside our control and contain no audit content.

Advertising

This site currently shows no ads and sets no advertising cookies. If that changes, this page will say so before any ad code goes live.

Information the hosting platform records

The site is served by a hosting provider. Like most providers, it may record basic technical details of each request, such as the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser type, for security, abuse prevention and operations. We do not combine this with other data to identify visitors, and we do not use it for profiling or advertising.

How the free tools handle your input

The tools on the free tools pages run entirely in your browser. Text, URLs and settings you enter are processed on your device and are not sent to our servers. Closing or refreshing the page clears them. The only exception is content that your own browser loads on your behalf, such as an image whose web address you type into the Open Graph preview.

How the audit handles the sites you submit

When you submit an address, our server fetches the public pages, analyses them in memory and returns the report. A temporary copy of the result may be cached for about an hour to make repeat checks faster. To limit abuse, the service may count requests per visitor for a short time, using your IP address held in memory only. We do not keep a database of audits or visitors.

Third parties

We use a hosting provider to serve the site and the audit API. Pages link to external sites such as Google documentation, and those sites have their own privacy practices once you visit them. We do not embed social media widgets, tracking pixels or third-party fonts.

Your choices and rights

Because we hold almost no personal data, there is little to access, correct or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, or you want to exercise a right under the privacy law that applies to you, contact us and we will respond. You can also use your browser settings to block cookies, and you can use the audit bot's robots.txt rules to prevent your own site being checked.

Children

This site is a professional tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen.

Security

The site uses https, standard security headers and an allow-list style content security policy. The audit API blocks requests aimed at private or internal network addresses. No system is perfectly secure, so report any issue you find through the contact page.

Changes to this policy

If we add accounts, analytics or advertising, we will update this page before the change goes live and describe what is collected, why and for how long. The date of the latest update appears on the page.

A summary of what is and is not collected

• Account details: none. There are no accounts.
• Text and settings typed into the tools: not collected. They stay in your browser.
• Addresses submitted to the audit: processed in memory and cached briefly. Not stored in a database.
• IP address: seen by the hosting provider in routine logs, and held briefly in memory for rate limiting.
• Cookies we set: none.
• Analytics and tracking pixels: none at the time of writing.
• Sale of data: never.

Why we collect so little

The fewer details we hold, the fewer we can lose, misuse or be compelled to hand over. A free tool does not need to know who you are in order to check a web page, so it does not ask. This also keeps the site fast, since there is no tracking code to load.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or elsewhere with privacy law

The limited technical data described above is processed because it is necessary to deliver the service securely, which is a legitimate interest. If advertising or analytics are added in future, we will request consent where the law requires it before any non-essential cookies are set, and explain how to withdraw it. You can contact us at any time with a privacy question or request.

How long things are kept

• Tool input in your browser: until you close, refresh or clear the page.
• Cached audit results: about one hour, then discarded.
• Rate-limit counters: in memory for a short window and cleared when the service restarts.
• Hosting provider logs: according to the provider's own retention schedule, outside our control.
• Messages you send us: as long as needed to answer you and fix any issue, then deleted on request.

For questions or requests about your information, use the contact page and mention that your message is about privacy. Please include enough detail for us to identify what you are asking about. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

Links to other sites and downloads

When you download a file from a tool, such as a robots.txt or sitemap, it is created on your device and saved by your browser. We do not receive a copy. When you follow a link to an external site, that site's own privacy policy applies, so please read it before sharing any information with them.

Plain summary

We built this site so that you can check a web page or generate a file without handing over personal information. We do not know who you are, we do not follow you around the web and we do not sell anything about you. If that ever needs to change, you will be told first.

Data retention

Cached audit results live at most one hour and are keyed only by the audited URL so repeat visits are fast. There is no user database, no history feature on the hosted service, and nothing to delete, because nothing is kept. Local command-line runs may save reports on your own machine; those files are yours to manage.
